E-STAMPING
FOR TENANCY / LEASE AGREEMENTS

All Tenancy Agreements including room rental agreements need to be stamped. Real Estate Agents, Landlords & Tenants can now request their Tenancy Agreement to be stamped here at their convenience (including weekends). Stamp Duty Certificate and receipt of payment shall be emailed to you for online submission. Alternative you may fax the Tenancy Agreement to Fax No: 65698007 and collect the Stamp Duty Certificate personally at IMM Building #04-23 during office hours Mon-Fri 10:30am to 5:30pm. Please scroll to the bottom of the page for mode of payment.

JKL Consultants is a consultancy firm that provides E-Stamping services to Agents, Landlords and Tenants and not in anyway associated with IRAS. Stamp Duty Certificate is issued by IRAS. JKL charges an admin fee of $15 for each stamping service.

No Cancellation or alteration is allowed once request is submitted. Please ensure all information above is correct before submission. Stamp Duty Certificate will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment.
