Firm accredited with Singapore Accredited Estate Agency (SAEA).
In 1996, JKL was selected by HDB (Housing & Development Board) to be under Listed Housing Agency Scheme (LHAS) allowing
JKL's clients to enjoy special privileges
on resale of public housing. In 2004, our head was nominated by Inland Revenue of Singapore (IRAS)
to be the chairperson for Institute of Estate Agents (IEA)
4th Disciplinary Board. In 2006, JKL signed a MOU with IEA to list our agents in
IEA's Central Registration System (CRS)
to endorse our agents' credibility.
