Celeste graduated from NUS (National University of Singapore) in 1990. She has trained many qualified CEHA Realtors, Diploma Holders and Degree Holders.  Presently, Celeste is a Senior Trainer in JKL. In 2004, she was nominated by Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) as a chairperson for Singapore Institute of Estate Agents (IEA) 4th Disciplinary Board providing counseling to real estate agents. This Committee is to ensure that agents uphold the professionalism by following the Real Estate Code of Ethics. Celeste has also obtained the Certificate in Law-of-Conveyancing in year 2002. She is a lecturer for the Common Examination for Housing Agents (CEHA) and conducts various training programmes. With her knowledge and experience, agents under her are able to excel their potential. She could identify the strength and weakness of each agent and convert their weaknesses to strength.
