Mr C.S. Leng was formally with International Real Estate Firm specialized in Industrial & Commercial Properties. Subsequently, he was posted to Jakarta to set up DTZ regional office. His talent was then discovered by SIA Properties whereby he was in charged of local & foreign buildings own by them. Carlton Properties subsequently pulled him over to assist them on their corporate real estate business. In 1996, Mr Leng left the Corporate organization to form JKL Consultants. Since then JKL Consultants has grown from 2 agents to 80 agents within a short period of 18 months. Mr Leng's track record includes formulating feasibility plan for new projects; dealings with corporate clients and provide guidance to each & every JKL agents who are assets to the company. Presently, he is also holding an appointment as a committee member in SAFRA providing real estate consultancy for the new SAFRA project at Telok Blangah (SAFRA Mt. Faber). With Mr Leng's aspiration, he will lead JKL into the next era.
